Sue graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston with both her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education, and her Bachelor of Education degrees.
As Pro Motion Physiotherapy’s Exercise Therapist, Sue brings 35 years of exercise instruction experience to her clients. She is a former Fitness Instructor Assessor for the Ontario Fitness Council as well as a former course conductor of the Fitness Instructor Certification course at Seneca College.
Sue is a consultant for Osteo-Circuit,™ the clinic’s osteoporosis exercise and education program, and a co-trainer for Osteoporosis Canada’s Bone-Fit course. Sue is CanFitPro certified, Urban Poling trained and a Bone-Fit trained Exercise Therapist.
A natural teacher, Sue loves to learn and remain current with the latest research, especially in the areas of active aging and bone health. She is a huge believer in empowering our patients to maximize their wellness through a better understanding of their own bodies and their personal potential. Passionate about health education, Sue is a popular speaker, who is regularly asked to speak on a variety of health related topics.
Sue really enjoys gardening, and cycling with her husband in as many different locals as possible!
